𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 is looking for a reliable and organised 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸/𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 to run our clubhouse kitchen and catering van.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Falmouth Rugby Club, Cornwall
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: 10 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays
𝗣𝗮𝘆: £12.71–£14.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience You'll prepare and serve hearty pre- and post-match meals for players and supporters, maintain food safety standards, manage allergens and stock, and help develop our catering offer for future events and functions.
𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
• Experience cooking for groups
• Level 2 Food Hygiene—or willingness to complete paid training
• Weekend availability during the season
• A friendly, dependable approach and the ability to stay calm when busy
𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲:
• £12.71/hr – no certificate yet; training provided
• £13.50/hr – Level 2 Food Hygiene and one year's catering experience
• £14.50/hr – Level 3 Food Safety or professional cookery qualification, plus kitchen experience
𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙡𝙪𝙙𝙚 paid holiday, workplace pension, paid food safety and allergen training, and a welcoming community club environment. The role involves working at a club where children play rugby. Pre-employment checks will include references, right-to-work checks and an appropriate DBS check, in line with RFU safeguarding regulations.
