The President of Falmouth Rugby Club - Paul Radmore, and Chairman John Bullock, along with all our Committee and Club’s members, welcome you to the Recreation Ground on this very special day for Cornish Rugby, in the Duchy!
We feel exceptionally privileged to have been chosen by the CRFU to host this Duchy Finals Day. This will be the fourth time Falmouth Rugby Club have held a final at the Rec in our 150 year history .
- John Bullock FRFC Chairman
Falmouth Rugby Football Club was founded in 1873, and this year has marked our 150th anniversary of continuous rugby in our community and surrounding areas. A milestone we are very proud to have reached.
We set two high level goals for our 150th year of 'recapturing our history' and 'producing legacy' and I hope you agree that today hits both targets - what a day! Here at Falmouth, we run two men's senior teams, 'The Eagles' and 'The One & All ', a women's team 'The Whitetails',as well as a one hundred and fifty strong 'Youth Academy', for boys and girls aged 6 to 16. We also run an inclusive and mixed touch rugby team called 'The Raptors.' We are always looking for people to join the Falmouth Rugby family, be it as a player, a sponsor, a volunteer or as a social member.
If you're interested, please talk with anyone associated with Falmouth RFC here today or visit our website; falmouthrugbyclub.co.uk We really hope you enjoy our hospitalityand partake in a great day of rugby, played with spirit and friendship.
