Big thanks to Neal Johnston for putting together his 100 favourite images of the 2019/20 season. This encompasses 1st and 2nd team rugby as well as some community spirit - thanks as ever Neal.

A few words from Neal here:

- The Spirit of the Game,

A great try effort. A decent conversion. A 'semi-decent' conversion. A good referee, and an occasional rugby tussle. The level of commitment, comradery, and community interest generated throughout all ranks of Falmouth RFC is both exemplary and second to none.

Passion, enthusiasm and drive continue to flourish in every corner. From the occasional onlooker to a dedicated group of spectators. Parents and players alike are championed for the ongoing sacrifices they make in order to allow this great game to live on and flourish in our community.

An outstanding pedigree of coaching professionals at the club is backed by a core team of volunteers. Mini rugby enthusiasts from as young as six or seven, to well-seasoned veterans can embrace the game.

As a keen photographer, it gives me the perfect opportunity to practice my number one passion. To tell a story in pictures. Win, lose or draw. From one game to the next.

In our current and unprecedented climate of Covid-19 recovery and uncertainty. It is of paramount importance that we can continue to do good and think beyond ourselves. As we look towards family, and friends and neighbours also. There are lots of ways to reach out and offer support or help someone in need. Even a simple phone call can make all the difference. The rest of the season has been put on hold. The turf is looking good, and the Falmouth Eagles will be back!
